Six steps, one afternoon

  1. 1Create your Verbial workspace and run the setup wizard (five minutes).
  2. 2Open Settings → Migrate and pick the tool. Paste an API token or upload the export files.
  3. 3Accept the suggested field mapping; change anything it guessed wrong.
  4. 4Run the dry run: what will be created, updated or skipped, with every problem row.
  5. 5Run the import. Owners are matched by email; duplicates are matched by domain and email.
  6. 6Keep the old tool read-only for a month. Roll back with one click if anything looks wrong.
