About
Built inside an agency, for agencies.
Verbial started as the internal operating system of a working marketing agency: the tool the owners built because nothing on the market understood a drawdown retainer. It ran the agency first. Then it became a product.
What we believe
- The retainer is the unit. Not the task, not the project. Scope moves month to month by design, and software that locks it fights the business.
- The numbers must agree. The proposal, the contract, the invoice, the timesheet and the margin report should read from one record, or someone is re-typing.
- Money is on a need-to-know basis. Team members see hours. Leads see budgets. Admins see cost. Everywhere, with no exceptions.
- The client sees your brand. A report with a vendor’s logo on it is a leak. White label means the domain, the fonts, the footer and the email.
- Real margin is uglier and more useful. Contracted revenue and absorbed cost, with idle time on its own line, beats hours times rate every month.
How we work
Every feature is used in anger by an agency before it ships. Comparisons on this site credit competitors where they are stronger. Pricing is on the pricing page, in numbers. If a page here is out of date, tell us at support@verbial.io and we will fix it.
See it running.
