Terms of service

These terms govern use of Verbial (the “Service”) by the organisation that creates a workspace (“you”). By creating a workspace you accept them on behalf of your organisation.

1. The service

Verbial provides agency management software delivered over the web on a subscription basis. We may change features over time; we will not materially reduce the core functionality of a plan during a paid term without notice.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for the people you add to your workspace and for keeping their access current. Each workspace has its own database; you control who in your organisation is an administrator.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Plans are billed monthly or yearly per seat as shown on the pricing page, plus any add-ons you enable. Plan changes are prorated. A failed payment starts a grace period, then read-only access, then suspension, as described on your account page. You can cancel at any time; service continues to the end of the paid period.

4. Your data

Your data is yours. You can export it at any time and delete your workspace; deletion is subject to a grace period during which it can be cancelled. We process personal data in your workspace on your behalf as described in the privacy policy, and you are responsible for having a lawful basis to store the contact data you put in the Service.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to send unsolicited commercial email, to store data you have no right to, to probe or disrupt the Service, or to build a competing product from it. Commercial email sent through the Service must honour unsubscribes and applicable law.

6. Availability and support

We aim for continuous availability and maintain backups as described on the security page, but the Service is provided “as is” without a guaranteed uptime unless an Enterprise agreement says otherwise. Support is provided by email.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes are notified to workspace administrators by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Questions: support@verbial.io.
