Privacy policy
This policy explains what Verbial collects when you visit this site or use the Service, and how it is handled.
Visitors to this website
We collect standard server logs and, where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics. Signed-in staff are excluded from analytics. We honour the Global Privacy Control signal. Contact forms and signup collect the details you enter, used only to respond and to create your workspace.
Workspace account data
To run your subscription we keep your organisation name, the administrator’s name and email, billing email, plan and invoice history. Payment card details are held by Stripe, not by us. We email administrators about billing, security and material changes.
Data inside your workspace
Everything you put in your workspace, including clients, contacts, deals, time and invoices, is processed on your behalf. You are the controller. It lives in a database dedicated to your workspace, is backed up as described on the security page, is never used to train models or shared with other customers, and is deleted after the grace period when you delete the workspace.
Sub-processors
Hosting and database (Vercel, Neon), payments (Stripe), transactional email (Postmark), object storage for backups and files, and e-signature and analytics providers you enable. A current list is available on request.
Your rights
You can export or delete your workspace at any time from Settings → Account. Individuals whose data is in a customer’s workspace should contact that customer; we assist customers with access and deletion requests.
